Payment and Refund Policy

1. All payments would be accepted in accordance with the RBI guidelines, as amended from time to time. AVNI MATRIMONY collects payments through the third party payment gateway through payment instruments like debit/credit card, NEFT/ RTGS, Net banking etc. AVNI MATRIMONY services will be activated only after realization of such payments. Unpaid registration will not be provided with any of the AVNI MATRIMONY services. All payments should be made only to AVNI MATRIMONY account and not to any employee of AVNI MATRIMONY. If done so, AVNI MATRIMONY will not be responsible for the same under any circumstances.

2.. Payment for the services offered by AVNI MATRIMONY on its platform shall be 100% in advance Any payment made towards membership or its renewal are non refundable , non adjustable and non transferable to any other account against any other services or products , for the same or any other candidate under any circumstances.

3.. In the event of termination of your membership by AVNI MATRIMONY for violation of any of the provisions of terms and conditions, all amount paid by you till date shall be forfeited.

4. Failure in payment gateway, extra currency, conversion charges, deductions error issues etc. from payment gateway shall not be the responsibility of the company.

5. Refund if any, under exceptional circumstances like winding up of the company etc. will be at the sole discretion of the company/ payment gateway. The company offers no guarantee for refund
