1. Introduction
Welcome to PushMatrimony! By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not register or use the app.

PM acts as an intermediary as defined under clause(1) sub clause (w) of Section 2 of Information Technology Act 2000. PUSHP MATRIMONY is run and managed by V R Intermediary (I) Pvt. Ltd.. AM website URL www.pushpmatrimony.com and mobile applications on Play Store (Android) and iOS (Apple) are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform“.

Multi-Step Registration Process

• Step 1: Profile Role – Who you are creating the profile for (Self, Son, Daughter, Brother, Sister, Relative, Friend)
• Step 2: Basic Details – Gender, Date of Birth, Height, Country, State, City, Residential Status
• Step 3: Education & Work – Education, Occupation, Work Experience, Monthly Income
• Step 4: Cultural Details – Marital Status, Mother Tongue, Religion, Sub-caste
• Step 5: Login Info – Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Password (securely stored)

You can log in using either your registered email or mobile number along with the password.

3. User Dashboard & Matching System
After logging in, users will have access to their Dashboard which includes:

• My Profile Slider
• Matching List (based on preferences)

If you are registered as Male, the app will show Female profiles matching your preferences (and vice versa).

Matching Preferences include:

• I am looking for (Bride/Groom)
• Qualification
• Profession
• Annual Income
• Height
• Age
• Weight
• Marital Status
• Mother Tongue
• Religion
• Sub-caste
• Food Habits
• Community
• Brief Family Details
• Custom Message (for communication)

4. Matching Profile Interaction
Users will see the following options when viewing a matching profile:

• Enquiry – Submit a personalized message which is reviewed by Admin.
• Report – Report inappropriate or suspicious profiles.
• Remove – Exclude a profile from your matching list.

5. Communication and Admin Handling
All user enquiries are first reviewed by the Admin team. Communication is facilitated only when both parties are interested. The platform does not guarantee responses or matches.

6. Privacy and Data Usage
By registering, you consent to PushMatrimony collecting and storing your personal data for seeking a life partner. We don’t share contact details publicly or with third parties without consent.

7. User Responsibilities
Users must provide truthful and accurate information. Fake profiles, abuse, or misuse will result in suspension. Never share sensitive personal data like OTP or banking details.

8. Admin Rights
PushMatrimony reserves the right to verify, suspend, or remove accounts that violate our Terms. Admins are facilitators only — not responsible for any outcome of interactions.

User Data Safety at Pushp Matrimony

• Data Confidentiality: Your data (name, email, income, etc.) is kept private.
• Admin-Only Communication: No direct user-to-user chat; admins mediate all conversations.
• Secure Login & Authentication: Login via registered email/mobile only with encrypted password.
• Profile Control: Remove or report matches any time.
• No Data Selling: Your data is not shared or sold to third parties.
• Admin Monitoring: Inquiries and communication are moderated by our team.

User Rights & Data Control

1. Delete Your Account Anytime
Users can permanently delete their accounts from the app. This action:

• Erases profile and data
• Removes from partner-seeking system
• Disables communication features

Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.

2. Help & Support
Accessible via the app to handle issues, complaints, or misuse reports.

3. Report or Remove Matches
Users can remove or report profiles for admin review.

Your Privacy, Your Control:
We ensure transparency and provide easy-to-use privacy tools.

Account Security & Password Management

Change Password Anytime
Users can change their password anytime through app settings. Recommended to use strong, unique passwords.

Steps:

• Go to Profile or Settings
• Tap “Change Password”
• Enter old password, new password, confirm new password

System will validate and update password if correct. Error shown for mismatches or wrong inputs.

Tips for a Strong Password:
Use at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special symbols.
